shared toilet unsafe feeling
the STAFF was very helpful and accommodating to my needs.
the shared toilet situation WASN'T ideal. i didn't realize this when i booked, and it felt a little unsafe to use the toilets in the middle of the night. it felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

surprisingly adequate for a quick stay
friendly staff separate kitchen clean reception excellent wifi
the staff presented a very friendly attitude and willingness to assist (i found this quite appreciable). the separate kitchen included a microwave, kettle, and table, i found them handy. the reception area looked quite clean and well kept. the complimentary wi-fi provided excellent connectivity.
the lighting in the rooms could perhaps use some improvement.

the reception staff members were exceedingly helpful and willing to assist with requests. they had suggestions about local transportation options, for instance buses and metro. the staff allowed me to keep my car parked even after checkout.

I found the staff very friendly! They were obliging. I left my luggage after checkout. I needed storage until my flight. Convenient parking was available. It was a nice perk.
The room smelled of smoke, though signs said no smoking. It reminded me of a hostel more than a hotel. it was cheap and fine for what I needed!

modern room clean toilet quick walk
the room was modern and spacious, i found it very clean. i was relieved the shared toilet and shower facilities were also kept very clean. it was a quick ten minute walk to the metro station at kingston park. i will book again.
the door handle became loose when i opened the door, that was a minor issue.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport, made my travel very easy. the tea and coffee facilities available were convenient for a quick refreshment. i found the staff to be helpful . They helped. parking was straightforward, with ample car parking.
The room had a slight smoke odor. Despite the no smoking signs, this was noticeable.

The staff were friendly and helpful (a real plus). My room was spacious and the location proved handy for accessing nearby amenities. I appreciated the price, a great deal for the area, a consideration if you are travelling with kids.
I noticed the shared toilets were not as clean as I would have liked. The cleanliness is an aspect the hotel could improve, especially given the shared nature of the facilities.
